• Very light Triaged Telephonic coverage: 1 week every 6 months
• Schedule:
• Clinic Hours 7:30am – 5pm  Monday – Friday
• Admin time already included in your schedule
• Patient Panel: 450 maximum
• Patients return monthly
• Patient base: geriatric

The group’s focus is on outcomes, not on volume of patients. The group is looking for a Primary care physician with a passion to help the Geriatric community. Fellowship training is encouraged but not required.

• Patients are scheduled at 40 minute intervals and follow ups are 20 minutes
