- Join an established team of experienced primary and specialty care physicians
- Monday – Friday schedule, facility call 1:5 for single hospital

- Contract: Full-time, employed model with 3 year guaranteed base salary
- Compensation model includes base salary, quality incentive, wRVU based productivity bonus and extra call pay
