current team of 5 full-time Hospitalists that are dedicated on a full-time basis to providing inpatient care. Looking to expand to 8 full-time Hospitalists. The Hospitalists occasionally work in tandem or with a clinic doctor to provide acute care management for patients in the medical surgical unit, ICU, and occasional perioperative consults. Hospitalists care for an average of 10 to 14 patients per day.
