Position Details:
- Full-time hospital employed position
- Team: 1 Physician, 15 full-time APP’s and 8 PRN APP’s, support staff (RN’s, Nursing Assistants, Case Management, Office Staff)
- Schedule 12-hour shifts, 8am – 8pm
- Average patient volume: 25-35 per day
- 4 Urgent Care locations
- EPIC Smart Rooms
- Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site
- Hospital newly built in 2008
Compensation Details:
- Base salary plus productivity and metric incentives, sign-on bonus and student loan assistance also qualifying for the PSLF
- Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage

- 30 days paid vacation annually
- $5K annual CME allowance
