The Opportunity:

• A well-established team of 4 Family Physicians and 1 Advanced Practitioner
• Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with option for FM w/ OB, Inpatient, and/or Nursing Home outreach
• Full time (.8-1.0 fte), flexible schedule offering work/life balance w/ typical hours of Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
• 28-36 patient contact hours, approximately 15-20 patients per day
• On-Call rotation of 1 weekday per week., and Once every 5 weekends; Call is triaged by a skilled nurse, and mostly phone calls w/ an occasional or rare requirement for onsite
• Two-year salary guarantee with generous sign-on bonus

• Patient population varies from young children to elderly. Varied conditions to treat from chronic disease to lifestyle management, family planning, self-care, acute care, & annual physicals. This location allows for skillset development & performance of a variety of procedures (skin biopsy, injections, toenail care, IUDs/Nexplanon, suturing and others).
