- Established Practice and Patient Panel
- Current providers: 1 ARNP
- Competitive compensation and benefits package
- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
- X-ray and Lab on-site
- 40 hours per week with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time built in.
- Looking for flexibility to increase patient access
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
