Active Aging Services Physician with geriatric experience. A BC/BE physician with experience in palliative care and adult mental health is preferred. This position would join other physicians and Nurse Practitioners and support staff. 

  • Care for residents in Nursing Homes, Assisting Living Centers, clinic settings, and individual patient homes

  • Clinic visits focus on:

    • Brain Health/Memory Care Clinic

    • Palliative Care Clinic

    • Medical Cannabis Clinic

  • Acute Care Needs

  • Epic EMR
