Clinic hours: 8-4:30 M-Th and 8-2 Fridays. Open to anyone 4-5 days a week.
Open Dental with digital radiographs, Pano & CBCT available
After hours call taken one week at a time, typically once per quarter. Screen true emergencies from VM only – generally refer to ER or prescribe antibiotics PRN for established patients
Base salary – 190k guaranteed for FTE plus bonus incentives up to 15% of gross
Benefits: 401K 75% match to 4%, 4 wks paid vacation and 6 holidays per year, medical, dental, no lab fees, 15% GROSS production above salary draw (comparable to 30% net that is standard in dental) annually after 90 days, malpractice, CE, licensure, Uniform allowance, accidental ins, life ins, etc. Federal and state loan repayment options.
