GI physician to work collaboratively with the current general surgeons and assist with re-establishing the GI service line. The incoming GI will be the primary provider for scopes within the community.
- Hospital employed position covering one hospital
- Primarily an adult and geriatric patient base
- No clinic call requirements
- Hospitalists will admit patients as needed
- 10 days/month, including one weekend/month hospital call
- Dedicated clinic and surgery days, which will be determined by the oncoming physician
- ERCP is not required
- The ideal physician will be comfortable working in a solo setting and enjoys living and practicing in a rural community
- Generous compensation package offered to include base salary guarantee, wRVU bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment assistance, along with stipends for early commitment while in training
