Join 3 Physicians and 4 APP’s in a Hospital employed group.

This is a 20 bed Hospital built in 2015 which normally runs 8-10 inpatients.

Office hours 4 ½ days / week – could do 4 – 10’s remove for now
Monday – Friday you round on your own patients – if you have any admitted.
Weekend call is 1:4 (8-10 patients)
There is a NP Hospitalist on staff that does your ordering, H&P, Discharge Summary, etc. so you only see the patients and give the NP hospitalist directions/orders.
Hospital built a new Rehab Center in 2020 and did an 11M dollar expansion of the hospital adding a new Medical Center.

MGMA base salary $290 plus ability to earn up to 325k based upon incentives
