Join a stable 15-year-old program of 20 Hospitalists
Most in this group are career Hospitalists with several being here over 10 years.
Block Schedule: 7 On – 7 Off
Only 15-18 patient encounters per day.
7 Daytime teams and 2 Nighttime teams.
The goal is to get up to 8 Day Time Teams.
14 FT and 6 PT Physicians, groups plan is to reach 18 FTE quickly
Open ICU but there are intensivists on staff

MGMA Salary
25% bump in pay for nights (3 members of the group take the majority of the night shifts).
