Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with call rotation with one other Psychiatrist. Workload will consist of primarily outpatient with some inpatient coverage. Average number of outpatients is 16 per day. 

50-bed hospital with 7-bed child unit and 9-bed adult unit, average census is 8.5 beds and average length of stay is 14 days. Child unit usually 6 years of age and above, occasionally below 6 years of age. 

Will work with 1 General/Child Psychiatrist, 1 mental health PA, and 1 Mental Health NP.

Offer:

Full-time, salaried position. Base pay $225,000- $265,000.

Benefits:

25 day of earned time per year. Earned time may be used for vacation, holidays, or sick leave, and the six (6) major holidays are included in the 25 days per year.

5 days CME per year and will provide $2,500 per year for expenses

$500 per year for professional dues and subscriptions
