Join one of 4 groups serving a 90 bed Hospital.  Traditional Family Medicine or Family Medicine with OB and C-Sections. (they can proctor C-Sections)

4 choices here:
1).  Join a private group with 3 FM physicians and 3 APP’s. Partnership track
2).  Join an Independent Physician, employed or partnership track
3).  Be part of a new Private Practice which will have 3 PCP’s
4).  Join a private group with 5 IM physicians and 1 FM. Partnership track

90 bed Non-for-profit financially stable Hospital with EM, Ortho, Urology, General Surgery, Wound Care & a Cancer Center. Cardiology comes in from Columbia.

Traditional Medicine in that there is call coverage
Practice call is 1:3-4 (they do not have Hospitalists at this Hospital)
ED call is 1:12 and paid at $900 / day (normally 3 days / month) so an extra $32,400 / year
