The hospital-employed practitioner will receive competitive salary guarantees plus wRVU productivity compensation. The incoming physician also will earn excellent benefits (health, vision, dental, life, retirement). No call or rounding is involved, and the provider will receive 6 weeks off annually plus 1 week for CME.
