Practice:
* Foot and Ankle
* Contained referral environment
* 40 PCPs referring you cases
* APPs to assist you immediately
* Prime OR time
* MGMA Median Base Salary
* Commensurate with Foot and Ankle Fellowship
* Approximately a 10% Sign-on/Commencement Bonus
* Partnership available within two calendar years
* 4 weeks PTO as Associate. PTO at your discretion as partner
* General Ortho call 1: 4 block week, 1: 4 weekends
* $2, 500 CME Stipend and 5 days
* M-F work week, 4.5 day work week
