Location: Washington
Tri-Cities area – Richland, Kennewick and Pasco
3 hours to Seattle or Portland
2 hours to Spokane
Direct flights from Seattle, Portland, Denver, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix/Mesa, Salt Lake City, & Minneapolis
- sees all ages including youth & geriatrics
- up to 16 appointments per day
- sole provider on site; access to CMO & other providers is by phone/email/video
- includes local travel to see clients in residential facility (4 days per month)
- REQUIRED: must have DEA-X waiver & willingness to prescribe suboxone
- REQUIRED: two years of prescribing experience
- REQUIRED: two years of clinical experience with adults with complex medical & behavioral health needs
- Eligible for NHSC loan repayment program
