Internist or Family Medicine with Geriatrics to join a Geriatrics group with 4 Physicians and 5 APPs
Care involves primarily post-acute care/rehab, nursing home/ALF 35-40 hours / week, with optional one – two half days primary care office practice and in-patient hospital rounds on groups patients.
~subacute and long term care (Nursing home) 4 days a week to start, with half day of primary care clinic. The office clinic hours will increase as you builds up reputation and word spreads.
Call 1:4 with APP assisting calls.
Medical directorship for Post-acute & SNF facilities is available if qualified. Medical staff privilege at Brown and Boston University med school affiliated hospitals.
Opportunity to partnership.
Compensation $200-250K (depend on qualifications and case load, productivity RVB/CPT hours) with productivity/bonus program and great potential for growth.
$10k bonus for Geriatric Fellowship
