Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians for an established, well-respected, growing Hospitalist Program.
Responsible for daily rounds, admissions, consults, perioperative care management, and limited ICU care (Intensivists available 24/7) with limited procedures.
Shifts: 4 daytime rounders on a 10-12 hour shift with average 15 encounters/day or less, an evening swing shift, and one overnight physician.
Daytime hospitalists are supported with a hospitalist nurse for each physician, a hospitalist pharmacist, and program coordinator.
Positions open for 0.5-1.0 FTE (1 FTE is 150 hours/mo, only 37.5 hrs per week!)
