This 15 year old Community Health Center has multiple locations and provides services including Dental, Behavioral Health, Primary care, and Women’s health.

• Primary care:
• Routine Health Check-ups
• Health Screenings
• Immunization & Vaccination
• Audio & Vision Exams
• Preventative Care
• Cholesterol Testing
• Adult/Flu Vaccines
• TB, MMR & TDAP Vaccines
• Blood Pressure Check
• Diet & Weight Loss
