- Join a hospital employed anesthesia group that consists of 3 MD’s and 6 CRNA’s
- Epic EMR
- No medical supervision of CRNA’s
- MD’s take backup call only; CRNA’s take first call
- Time off is flexible
- During your work weeks, you will either be running the OR board or doing your own cases
- Excellent compensation and benefits; sign on and relocation
- ER is a level 3 trauma; no heart surgery
