Responsibilities

• Twelve 12 hour shifts per month
• Clinical Shift Hours = 7:30a – 7:30p, 7:30p – 7:30a
• Department Staffing Model:
• Tuesday – Friday = 1 Physician & 1 APP (11:30a – 9:30p)
• Saturday – Monday = 1 Physician & 2 APP’s (10a – 8p & 2p – 12a)
• Average # of patients/day = 60
• Annual visit volume = 20,000
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
