Join a 100 year old Community Health Center with 12 Providers, 4 Dentists, 2 Pediatricians and a Behavioral Health Counseling team serving 13,000 patients in Chicago’s immigrant neighborhoods.
The group is unique in that it co-locates child development, primary medical care, women’s health, dentistry, optometry, and mental health in one, easily accessible, central location. This model helps ensure barrier-free access to services and creates a medical and mental health home for some of Chicago’s neediest children and their families.
