• Board certified/board eligible (or equivalent) Family Medicine physician with full, unrestricted medical staff privileges in Family Medicine.
• The ideal candidate will have previous academic experience with obstetric skills, experience teaching medical students and residents, though not required
• Community health system sponsored program
• Fully accredited by ACGME for 20 years
• 24 approved positions and 21 current (7-7-7) residents
• Unopposed program with single site learning environment
• Strong faculty with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• Inpatient and outpatient experience
• Diverse patient population
• Traditional outpatient practice and inpatient care
• Inpatient responsibilities at one Hospital
• Full complement of consultants
• Primary responsibilities center on the education of 21 Family Medicine residents and visiting medical students, precepting residents, didactic presentations, and 1:7 week inpatient team lead.
