• General call is 1:10 (with minimal variance by location), with nocturnal NP taking first call from 6p-6a, 7 days a week
• All sites awarded the highest level of Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition by NCQA
• Opportunity for students/residents to rotate through office
• $150,000 Signing Incentive; competitive two-year salary guarantee, which includes additional compensation after break even

Hospitalist:

• 5-day work week, Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm
• Dedicated Nocturnal APPs take first call from 4:30pm-6am, 7 days a week
• Reasonable and equal weeknight/weekend call schedule shared with growing Internal Medicine team
