Hospital is adding 2 BE/BC Hem Onc physicians to their team as they prepare for retirements. Currently 2 Locums are covering.

• Support staff: 2 NP’s and 2 RN navigators plus a MA and scribe
• Hospitalist Team on staff
• Affiliated with Oregon Health &  Sciences University
• OHSU Knight Cancer Network
• High caliber, collegial, outstanding nurse infusion team
• N e w 19 chair infusion room
• Onsite mixing pharmacy
• Nurse navigation
• Radiation oncology onsite
• 8 hour days
• 4 days in clinic and 1 admin day, can be 5 days in clinic if preferred
• No inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits and collaboration with infusion
• 95 % solid tumor, most heme is referred out due to number of solid tumor referrals
• Clinic

  • ~450 n e w patient consults / year
  • ~6,600 follow up visits
  • ~8,000 infusion/injection visits.
  • Daily: 2-3 n e w consults / physician doc, 13 follow ups. 
  • Capturing 80 % of oncology referrals in catchment area

• Level III Trauma Center and has an accredited Cardiovascular Imaging Center, Cancer Center, Sleep Study Center, Radiology and Mammography Imaging program and Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program.
• Internal Medicine and Surgery Residents cycle through
• Option for Oncology
• EMR:  EPIC
