• 1099 base salary $260,000 for 12-18 months and then wRVU model/per patient model
• Sign on bonus – $22,500
• Relocation: $10,000
• WRVU threshold 4,800 at $54/WRVU
• 1 Week CME
• 6 major holidays
• 3 weeks vacation
• NHSC loan repayment
• J-1 visa sponsorship available -HHS program
• Spanish speaking or ability to speak medical Spanish a big plus as the location is on the Mexican/USA border
