• Multi-specialty group is seeking a Family Medicine physician for an employed practice in Northwest Indiana 
• Base salary: $230,000-$250,000 plus quarterly productivity bonuses
• Weekly schedule: 8:30 am to 5 pm (4 days per week); 10:30 am to 7 pm (1 day per week)

• Could do 4 10 hour days

• Average patient volume: 25-30 patients per day
• EMR:  NextGen
• No call requirements – additional compensation offered for optional call (phone only)
