• Split Clinic and Surgery days weekly.
• OR block time is 2–3 days, depending on physician need. 
• Call: 1:3 
• A support staff of 2 APPs, 2 RNs, and 1 MA. 
• Payers are a mix of Medicare and Commercial, with some Medicaid. 
• EMR: Epic
