They are expanding their Post Acute Care / Long Term Care /Skilled Nursing Facilities team.

Primary responsibilities include overseeing patient care at area nursing homes in post-acute care, long term care and assisted living.

• Facilities are established, long term and short term
• 100 – 280 beds depending on location
• Cover ONE facility
• 15-18 patients / day
• NP’s on staff and NP’s do discharges
• PM&R & Behavioral Health physicians on site.
• Monday – Friday

• no nights
• no weekends
• 8 AM – 5 PM

• ​​​​​​​Dragon dictation with AI scribe
• Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long term care facilities
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Part-time positions available

Benefits:

• Base salary – 320k – 350k DOE
• Sign on – 20k
• Relocation reimburse up to 20k
