Join a Community Health Center with 100+ Providers (30+ Physicians and 75 APP’s) in 20 locations as they grow.
They are building their Long Care Facilities/Skilled Nursing Facilities team.
Collaborate with other Physicians, APP’s, healthcare professionals to form a high performing team.
100 beds – long term and short term facility
15-18 patients / day
NP’s on staff and NP’s do discharges
Employed
Monday – Friday – no nights, no weekends
Dragon dictation with AI scribe
Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long term care facilities
Supervise APP’s – though not required
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Adding: Family Med, Internal Med, Med Peds, Geriatrics, SNFist
Benefits:
MGMA base salary 320k
