Join an established PACE program working with a frail or elderly population.
Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with a flexible schedule , and an optional administrative day with no direct patient care .
See an average of 4 patients per day, with an average panel of 65, allowing time for more meaningful care.
Work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team of geriatric care professionals
Benefit from strong peer mentorship and leadership support
Base: 285k – 310k
