• 13 physician team with 4 APPs + Medical Director
• Full time at this program is 15.2 shifts per month/182 shifts per year
• 7 on/7 off block schedule for continuity of care
• There are 5 on during the day 6:00am-6:00pm; 1 on swing 2pm-2am and 1 physician on at night 6:00pm-6:00am; We do have dedicated nocturnist and swing providers though it’s expected every rotates equally through open nights and swings
• APPs work 7a-7p rounding and some admissions
• 13 bed Semi-Open ICU – intensivist support during the day; we admit to the ICU at night with support from E-ICU; no procedures and we do not have to run codes
• Option to work with Medical Students and APP Students through the University of Washington
• Cerner EMR

• Excellent Compensation Plan:
o Day Shift Rate = $1,550/12 hour shift
o Swing Shift Rate: $1,725/12 hour shift
o Night Shift Rate = $2000/12 hour shift
• Annual Full Time Base Salary Expectation = $280K+
