•           Group has 10 Physicians and 17 APP’s in 5 locations
•           100 % outpatient pediatric position
•           Most physician see around 25 patients / day
•           Several openings due to retirements and one physician relocating
•           Group see’s 110K visits annually.
•           No coverage requirements after-hours but physicians can elect to take after hours telephone triage calls for additional pay.
•           EMR:  All Scripts
•           Telephone coverage has an answering service – physicians are 2nd. Coverage is shared.
•           32 clinic hours / week with a 4-day work week.  Admin work can be done from home.
•           Every 6th weekend the doctors work 3 hours shifts on Saturday or Sunday for 100/hour.
