 join one physician, 2 advanced practice clinicians, and support staff.

  • Collaborate with over 60 primary care clinicians

  • Monday through Friday clinic

  • Over 35 specialty services

  • Care coordinators, diabetic educators, nutritionists, nephrologist, infectious disease, wound care with hyperbaric chambers

  • EMR: Epic

  • Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan (180,000 – 300,000 for 0.6 – 1.0 FTE)
