Full-time faculty member at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level on the clinical scholar pathway to join an enthusiastic team of professionals on the Inpatient Psychiatry Service.
This attending psychiatrist will join an existing inpatient team of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, activities therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician’s assistants to provide psychiatry inpatient care primarily at one Hospital.
provide direct patient care and team leadership on the inpatient unit, with coverage of the emergency department, and consultation on the medical-surgical service. The inpatient service is a 12- bed state-of-the-art adult unit located in a 122-bed community hospital. Opportunities exist to train in and perform ECT.
