- Provides consultative and primary psychiatric services to patients in outpatient clinics.
- Flexible scheduling to include 32 hours of patient facing time with 8 hours of dedicated admin time.
- Strong and robust PCBH model implemented throughout CHCW clinics with BHCs on site at each clinic.
- Built-in referrals from our providers and resident physicians.
- Management of therapeutic and psychotropic medication with support from the PCP.
- Interdisciplinary team includes faculty physicians, clinicians, resident physicians, APPs, pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
