Join a 30 year old multicultural Community Health Center serving diverse, medically under-served patients in and surrounding communities.
Center provides a wide range of health services: internal med, women’s health, pediatrics, family practice, endocrine, behavioral health, eye exams, infectious disease, HIV services, Dental Services and a sub-Oxone clinic.
Monday – Friday
4 days of 8-5 and one day is 11-8
Coverage 1:8 telephone after triage
Xray, ultrasound, and pharmacy on site
