• Join a multidisciplinary group, consisting of 1 IM physician, 3 FM physicians, 2 Pediatricians, embedded mental and behavioral health and 1 PA who splits time with palliative care and adult care as well as a dedicated team of support staff
• We work in tandem with a sister clinic that consists of 1 IM physician, 1 FM NP and 1 IM NP to help care for our community. This location also boasts a walk-in clinic with on-site radiology and various specialty services.
• Established mentorship program for new graduates and a close-knit and welcoming medical staff.
• Provide care for up to 20 patients per day with multiple template options available
• Clinic hours M-F, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.- Full time position is 34 patient contact hours, 4.5 days per week 
• Opportunity for newborn nursey care if desired
