Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Care (Internal or Family Medicine) Physician to join a team to meet the growing demands for Hospice and Palliative Care services.
- Full-time schedule; average of 2 clinic days per week depending on volume
- Rotating weeknights and weekend call for inpatient only: 1:4
- Average outpatient volume: 5 – 6 patients / week
- Average inpatient volume: 6 patients / day
- National Catholic Bioethics certification provided
- Collegial team of specialists
- Onsite chaplain and social worker
