Join a Hospital employed group 

• Provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient consults, outpatient visits, and surgical procedures in both clinic and hospital settings.
• 4 day work week
• Monday-Friday, four 8-hour shifts / week (plus call) split between clinic and OR
• Coverage:  1:6
• High-volume practice with experienced colleagues, dedicated MAs, RNs, and APP support.
• High patient demand with room to build a broad general practice or grow a subspecialty niche.
• Advanced da Vinci robotic surgery
• EMR:  EPIC – Dragon dictation with AI scribe

Benefits:

• Base salary 602k with uncapped productivity earnings
