Hospital Medicine team utilizes a 3-physician rotation model and offers scheduling flexibility with both day and night coverage options:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 1800 contract hours annually
- Flexible scheduling with opportunities for mostly days, mostly nights, or dedicated night coverage
- Dedicated Nurse Practitioner support from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, assisting with admissions and patient rounding
- no new grads, must do vent management and be comfortable with an open ICU and practicing as the sole provider
