Busy Dermatology office is seeking a physician to join the practice.  Practice is primarily focused on medical dermatology with areas of subspecialty within dermatology that make it a unique “niche practice”. 

The position will require seeing patients, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, communicating by letters and phone to referring physicians, and writing detailed notes in charts for referring physicians and insurance companies.  The physician will need to be “on call”.  Calls after 5 PM or weekends are exceedingly rare.  Practice is located in Boston. 

Position has strong academic potential with significant patient material to write good, high quality manuscripts.  The opportunity to co-author a book exists if the applicant is interested.

Requirements:
•    Candidates must have Massachusetts license or be eligible for MA licensure.
•    Trained in dermatology.
•    Residents in training encouraged to apply
•    Ideal opportunity for dermatologist leaving the armed forces, public health service, academic position, or other job and wants to transition to private practice
•    Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential

Availability:
•    Opening is immediate, but can be flexible and adjusted based on candidate’s availability and mutual convenience.
