- Work 23 weeks per year – 7 on 7 off
- 7 hospitalists cover 7a-7p; 1 non-rounding Medical Officer of the Day 7a-7p; 2 staggered night shifts 5p-5a and 7p-7a. Open to considering nocturnist-only position which would receive a 10% reduction from the annual shift requirement.
- Primary responsibility to hospital with Level II trauma center
- Full back-up from all subspecialties
