Practice Highlights
Full-time general surgery acute care surgeon needed for ISS (inpatient surgery service)
Inpatient surgicalist model (all shift work no additional call)
Cover only one hospital
Tertiary referral center with busy ER
Enjoy working with a team of 7 collegial excellent acute care surgeons
Cover acute and emergent general surgery
No trauma coverage
APC first assists in OR
In-depth training and onboarding
Access to elective surgeons
Work 15-16 shifts per month length of shift 10-12 hours flexible scheduling
Census: 25-30 Patients per shift including 6-10 consults
Opportunity for extra shifts along with extra pay
