1-2 BC/BE Ophthalmologists to join a busy and established Private Practice, affiliated with and operating in a Community Hospital’s ASC. The incoming candidate will be joining a team of one Ophthalmologist and 5 Optometrists.
This dynamic group is committed to providing outstanding patient care with an appropriate balance between work and family. Ideal candidate is a progressive, general Ophthalmologist who has an interest in cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive and would be interested in a buy-in opportunity to the practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $475,000
- Buy-in to the practice after one year
- Relocation: $10k
- PTO
- Malpractice with tail coverage
- Comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision Insurance
- Retirement Plan: 401k with 6% match, eligible after year one
- Sign on bonus: $105,000
