Hospital is adding NNPs or PAs with NICU experience.

Clinical Team:

• 3 Neonatologists
• 8 NNPs and Neonatal PAs
• Fantastic nursing
• Strong administrative support
• A growing obstetrical service with over 3000 deliveries a year (most in the area)
• ~350 NICU admission/year

The team is also support by an academic Level IV NICU just 1 mile down the road with easy access to a full array of pediatric sub-specialists for consultation, transfer, or just a phone-a-friend.

Open to part-time or full-time positions for experienced advanced practice providers interested in joining this growing group.

General duties and compensation for a full-time clinical FTE:

• 7 – 24hr shifts/month (can be split as needed)
• PTO earned, initially up to 4-weeks, grows with seniority
• Highly competitive benefits package offered
• Salary based on experience – ~$140,000/year

• Open shifts maintained to afford moonlighting opportunities for those who desire them
• Opportunities being explored to offer moonlight at our sister Level 2 Special Care Nursery (~10 miles away)

• Moonlighting rate ~$70+/hour

• $5k starting bonus plus a $5k retention bonus
