Interventional Pain physician to join four others in an Interventional Spine & Pain Center.
Accepting candidates with residencies in both PM&R and Anesthesia.
A guaranteed salary of $400,000-450,000 for the first two years and will be on a productivity model after that.
Excellent benefits, including health, vision, dental and life insurance, paid occurrence for malpractice coverage, long term disability, six weeks of vacation, one additional week and $5,000 for CME, 401k/403b retirement plans and a CAP retirement savings plan.
